Open Space Conservancy Trust
The Trust was established by ordinance on February 10, 1992. It was created for the express purpose of receiving and holding such real property, as transferred for open space purposes; for protecting, maintaining and preserving the Open Space Properties; and insuring that the development and use of the Open Space Properties are both consistent and compatible with the intent and purpose of the Trust and the guidelines and polices enacted. Staffed by the Parks and Recreation Department the seven members meet as needed.
