The Bellevue Division of the King County District Court is located in the Surrey Downs area of Bellevue, on 112th Avenue. The Division provides court services for the Cities of Bellevue, Clyde Hill, Medina, Hunt’s Point and Yarrow Point. The court also provides services for the City of Mercer Island in the courtroom located in the Mercer Island City Hall. There are three judges in the Bellevue Division: Judge Fred L. Yeatts, serving since 1991; Judge Linda K. Jacke, serving since 1993; and Judge Janet Garrow serving since 1999.
