SC! 2009 Grand Parade
"There’s so much that we share, that it’s time we’re aware…It’s A Small World After All!” Get ready for this year’s Summer Celebration, "It’s A Small World" Parade, beginning at 10 am on July 11, 2009!
The parade will kick off the 2-day street festival. Join the fun and participate in a community parade! Parade entries (especially marching bands are needed). Group and individual categories include: children, community organizations, businesses, individuals in costumes, marching teams, vintage cars, dancing groups, musical groups/bands, animal groups and mascots. The parade is a SEAFAIR sanctioned event. Parade length is just under ½ mile. The parade route goes along 78th Avenue SE between SE 27th Street and Mercerdale Park.
No entry fee! All ages invited!
