Attractions will be open both Saturday, July 14th and Sunday, July 15th. Arts & Crafts Fun

Mercer Island Parks & Recreation Arts & Crafts Tent

The Mercer Island Parks and Recreation Department will once again be hosting a free arts and crafts booth for kids at the Parks & Recreation/Festival Information booth located in Mercerdale Park at the corner of 77th Ave. SE and 32nd St (near the old Recycle Center). Crafts will fit the “Island Vibes” theme and are sure to get your little one into a relaxed island mood!

MIVAL Jr Arts & Crafts Tent

To add even more arts and crafts fun, MIVAL Jr will be hosting an art activity table for kids in a separate tent beside our MIVAL tent located in the non-profit booths on the street behind Wells Fargo Bank.  This will give families a chance to try their hand at fruit and vegetable print making on muslin "prayer” flags to be strung in the MIVAL garden.

MIVAL is seeking Middle School, High School, and adult volunteers to help at this booth. Contact Anne Hritzay at ahritzay@comcast.net or Raleigh Nowers at rhnowers@aol.com if you'd be interested in volunteering for this fun event.

Knockerball

Seattle Knockerball

Don’t miss out on trying the coolest new product in Seattle, the knockerball! NOT included on the wristband, this activity is provided by Seattle Knockerball and is not affiliated with our inflatables company (National Event Pros). Cost will be $5.00 for a 5 minute play session.
