The Mercer Island Arts Council would like to congratulate Mercer Island artist, Becky Liu, for her winning banner design. Join us at Mercer Island's Summer Celebration Festival at the stage area in Mercerdale Park immediately following the parade completion to see the unveiling of the winning designs with recognition to all who made this project possible.
