Fun with Food, A FREE event for adults feeding a family!

Join Cynthia as she covers the following topics along with a live cooking demo. What should you feed those you love? And how can you get them to eat whatís best for them? During this uplifting and practical class learn to set sturdy yet flexible boundaries that can help make mealtimes successful for everyone.

Mercerdale Park Fitness Workout
Mercerdale Park has a variety of exercise options.  Walk or run the ľ mile loop, climb the stairs (in Bicentennial park near restrooms) and hit the circuit training on our new outdoor fitness equipment stations.  A great cardio and strength challenge all in one park!

MICEC Fitness Room
Get a great workout in our 1,385 square foot fitness room.   New Precor machines and equipment were installed in July 2016.  These machines provide an updated aesthetic to the Fitness Room.  It features free weights, benches, TV, and mirrors as well as Precor equipment; including three tread mills, two elliptical trainers, a recumbent bike, a bench press, a spin bike, a stair stepper and a complete set of circuit training equipment. 13 years and up.
