The Human Resources Department is staffed by the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Specialist, and Payroll Specialist.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and administering uniform human resources policies, procedures, programs and services. Human Resources provides technical advice and decision making in all areas of human resource administration, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, performance management, benefits administration, labor relations, HRIS system administration, training programs, payroll processing, and employee relations.
