INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Daytime classes and programs are cancelled if the Mercer Island School District cancels classes due to severe weather conditions. If the Mercer Island school district is running two hours late, morning classes (before 10 am) are cancelled. A determination about evening classes will be made by 2pm. Facility operation and class cancellation information is recorded on the weather information hotline: 206.275.7894. Make-up classes will be rescheduled if possible, if not then credit will be given for the cancelled class. |

Past Mercer Island Parks Customer…
If you have registered for a Mercer Island Parks course in the past two years, call 206.275.7609 to update your account and get your client login and family pin. Once you have your these two numbers, you can logon to the website at myparksandrecreation.com enter your Login ID and Family Pin and begin registering online for Mercer Island Parks and Recreation programs.
New Mercer Island Park Customer…
If you haven’t registered for a Mercer Island Parks course and you would like a Login ID and Family Pin issued to you,
- You can click here to fill out and submit the online Registration Information form. Wait 48 hours for your account to be set up and your Login ID and Family Pin will be emailed to you.. Once your account is set up, you can logon to the website at myparksandrecreation.com enter your Login ID and Family Pin and begin registering online for Mercer Island Parks and Recreation programs.
- OR for immediate service, call 206.275.7609 to create your new account and receive your Login ID and Family Pin at that time.
