Planning Team

Our planning team consists of 2 planners. They work on Land Use Reviews for building permits and development projects. They also help to develop code language and present Land Use projects to the Planning Commission and Design Commission.

This team can answer questions about:

  • Land Use and property development
  • Subdivision regulations
  • Zoning regulations (fences, setbacks, height)
  • Landscaping and Hardscape
  • Critical Areas pertaining to Watercourses (streams), Wetlands, and Geohazards
  • Shoreline Development
