Right of Way Use Permits

A Right of Way Use permit is required for work in the right of way (ROW) such as excavating, altering, placing structures, blocking roadways or sidewalks, materials delivery for construction sites, or other activities in the ROW. MICC 19.09.060 regulates ROW use. Work hours are generally 9 am to 3:30 pm in the street on school days. Work hours on school bus routes may be further restricted.

The following work can be conducted with an self issued Side Sewer Repair Only permit obtained online at www.mybuildingpermit.com. This permit is only available for Single Family Residences. All other side sewer permits will require plan review.
